Terms of Service

An order is confirmed once we accept it and dispatch it. We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we cannot verify the delivery details. In that case you are refunded in full.

All prices are shown in AED and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You can pay by card at checkout or with cash on delivery where available.

We photograph our stock and describe it as accurately as we can. Screen colours and lighting can vary slightly from the item in hand.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
