Shipping Policy

We ship to every emirate in the UAE from our stockroom in Dubai. We do not currently ship internationally.

Orders placed before 6pm are dispatched the same working day. Dubai orders usually arrive the next day. Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah typically take 2–3 working days. Fridays, Sundays and public holidays may add a day.

Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Cash-on-delivery orders may carry a small handling fee, which is always displayed before you confirm.

Cash on delivery is available across the UAE. Please have the exact amount ready for the driver. You can also pay securely by card at checkout.

You will receive a confirmation once your order ships. For a live update, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will check with the courier for you.

Our courier will attempt delivery twice. If nobody is available or the address details are incorrect, the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to rearrange. Repeated failed attempts may incur a redelivery charge.
