If you pay by card, payment is processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card details. We also collect basic analytics such as pages visited and device type to improve the store.

Your details are used to process and deliver your order, confirm cash-on-delivery arrangements, respond to WhatsApp or email enquiries, and — only if you opt in — send occasional restock or offer messages.

We share only what is necessary with our delivery partners and payment processor. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Our store uses cookies to keep your cart, remember preferences and measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, though the cart may stop working correctly.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, provided we are not required to keep it for accounting purposes. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email and we will respond within 30 days.
