Modern Slavery Statement
Last updated August 2026
Soleverse has zero tolerance for modern slavery, forced labour, child labour and human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chain. This statement sets out the steps we take to keep it that way.
Our business
We are a UAE-based online retailer of footwear, operating from Dubai with a small team and a network of suppliers and delivery partners.
Our supply chain
We work with a limited number of suppliers and logistics providers. We expect every partner to comply with applicable labour laws, to pay workers lawfully and on time, and to ensure that all work is freely chosen.
Our expectations of partners
- No forced, bonded or involuntary labour of any kind.
- No child labour; all workers must meet the legal minimum working age.
- No withholding of identity documents or wages.
- Safe working conditions and lawful working hours.
Due diligence
We assess new suppliers before working with them and review existing relationships periodically. Where we identify a concern we raise it directly, require corrective action, and end the relationship if it is not resolved.
Reporting a concern
Anyone — customer, employee or partner — can raise a concern with us confidentially by message. Reports are reviewed by the owners of the business and acted on without retaliation.
